With the rapid development and constant change of the market economy situation,the production and operation scale of enterprises is gradually increasing,and the form of operation towards diversification.The drawbacks of the original financial management mode have started to appear,such as manual calculation operation,different data caliber,high cost of management and control,which affect the enterprise with making decision.Enterprises have adopted financial reform to meet requirements of the market.Many enterprises begin to think about the combination of financial management and information technology with the gradual popularization of informatization and Big Data,they plan to build a Financial Shared Service Center to improve the quality of management actively.This thesis based on financial management pain points and construction scheme of Financial Shared Service Center of J enterprise.Firstly,collect the achievements of domestic and abroad research about financial sharing services with literature review in this thesis,and open with explanation the concept of financial sharing services,construction elements and construction results,which have laid the theoretical foundation for the follow-up research of Financial Shared Service Center.Secondly,I gathered some management pain points such as unclear post responsibilities,emphasis on accounting,different caliber of financial data,low degree of financial informatization from J’s current financial management based on further research results from expert interview,which means the necessity and urgency of the construction of Financial Shared Service Center of J enterprise.Thirdly,starting from its own manage requirement and combine with experience of model enterprises,based on positioning,operation mode,organizational structure of Financial Shared Service Center,after deeply investigation and thinking,the process construction stage designed six business processes which based on business scope,responsibility boundary,degree of standardization,system integration,user experience.those business processes are expense Reimbursement process,fund management process,purchase to A/P process,sales to A/R process,asset management process and general ledger management process.Finally,according to the current situation of J enterprise,we laid down a shared operation plan with service,quality and performance and the overall promotion strategy which is formulated with the pilot units as the beginning of promotion and orderly promotion in batches,a preliminary improvement results forecast of labor cost,centralized management,resource allocation and business efficiency is also given in this thesis.From J’s case,we can conclude that the Financial Shared Service Center operate these scattered businesses under the flow management to reduce operating costs and improve process standardization.It also takes business as the starting point and strategic objectives as the navigation,standardize the boundaries responsibilities of business finance,shared finance and group finance,which aim at helping financial transformation.The Financial Shared Service Center improved work efficiency,realized resources and data sharing and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises with information technology,and also provide innovative ideas for enterprise reform and development.In this thesis,it provides a feasible ideas of financial sharing center construction for enterprises with management improvement needs through in-depth analysis of J enterprise financial sharing construction and combined deeply with the characteristics of the industry,business characteristics and development needs of enterprise itself.
