China’s economic development has gradually transited from a stage of rapid development to a stage of high-quality development,in which the impact of science and technology on the business environment is also gradually deepening.In the new environment,the traditional financial process has led to a sharp decline in the operating efficiency of enterprises,which has not only brought the burden of operating costs,but also significantly increased the difficulty of internal information communication,and has gradually become an important obstacle to the development of enterprises.As a pharmaceutical distribution company with early establishment and extensive business coverage,R Company has strong influence in the region.At present,the company’s business areas include health services,drug wholesale and retail,modern pharmaceutical logistics and other aspects,almost covering all secondary hospitals and retail chains in the province.In recent years,with the further expansion of the company’s business,the problems of slowing down the growth of the main business and increasing the cost of financial operation and management have emerged.The problems of financial management process have gradually surfaced.Based on the perspective of the financial sharing service model,it has become an urgent task to reengineer the financial process of R Company.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign literature,this paper conducts relevant research,summarizes the research status quo,sorts out and summarizes relevant concepts and theories,and serves as the theoretical support part of the research;Secondly,it gives an overview of the basic situation of R Company,including the status quo of financial process,the problems and reasons in financial process,etc;Then,the financial process of R Company under the financial sharing mode is rebuilt,mainly including defining the objectives and basic principles of the financial process reengineering,building scientific quality evaluation indicators based on the financial sharing mode,and completing the specific design of the financial process reengineering scheme;Thirdly,it comprehensively evaluates the implementation effect of the financial process reengineering program of R Company;Finally,the following research conclusions are drawn:First,R Company currently has many financial process problems such as lengthy approval process,insufficient real-time feedback,and improper revenue recognition management;Second,R Company implements financial process reengineering based on financial sharing mode,and should pay special attention to three core indicators:process standardization,customer satisfaction and data information sharing level;Third,R Company implements financial process reengineering based on financial sharing mode,which should follow clear objectives and principles,build a quality evaluation system,build a sharing service center,and implement the process of special design for each specific process;Fourth,the implementation of financial process reengineering by R Company can achieve the expected effects of improving the level of comprehensive management,improving work efficiency,achieving overall business control,and reducing enterprise expenditure.This study is of great significance for R Company to overcome the financial control difficulties and achieve the upgrading of financial management process.The implementation of financial process reengineering through the financial sharing service model can effectively reduce the financial operation cost of enterprises,further improve the level of internal control,and enhance the economic efficiency and management efficiency of enterprises.The research results can also provide ideas and methods for other similar companies to implement financial process reengineering.
