X Company Financial Sharing Service Center Construction

The Financial Shared Service Center has been widely used in large enterprises in Europe and America,but it is still in the initial stage of development in China,and most of them are used in large enterprises in China.There is very little research on the establishment of Financial Shared Service Centers in developing small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.Therefore,in small and medium-sized enterprises,how to construct a financial shared service center is still in the process of exploration,which deserves our in-depth study.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures,combined with the theory of financial shared services,economies of scale,business process reengineering and the theory of patronization,this paper analyzes the current operation of X Company by using case analysis and literature research.This paper first introduces the business background of X Company,and enumerates the problems that arise in the financial management process.Combined with the actual situation of X Company,it constructs and implements the Financial Sharing Service Center,especially in the business process redesign optimization,organizational structure,the information system,personnel management and other aspects were elaborated.Finally,the implementation safeguard measures of X Company's Financial Shared Service Center were introduced.After analysis,X Company is expected to improve its performance evaluation and operational efficiency through the establishment of a system of the Financial Shared Service Centers,especially to reduce the labor cost of X Company,effectively improve the service quality of X Company,and improve market competitiveness.Control and reduce financial risk and significantly improve work efficiency.At the same time,the construction of the X Company's Financial Shared Service Center also requires certain safeguard measures to ensure the orderly conduct of financial sharing work,mainly in five aspects,namely to strengthen the financial training of financial personnel,for major financial matters.Report and process in a timely manner,establish a sharing center problem tracking team,establish a SMS reminder module,and control system permissions.The research on the construction of X Company's Financial Sharing Service Center puts forward feasible suggestions and suggestions for the improvement of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and also provides guidance and reference for the construction of financial shared service centers in other companies in China.
