Research On Business Process Reengineering Under The Mode Of Financial Sharing Service

With the development and expansion of enterprises,grouping companies are springing up in China.While expanding,it also brings problems such as higher management costs,lower operational efficiency and poor quality of financial information.In order to support the rapid development,business process reengineering has become the focus of attention of many group enterprises.Through practice,financial sharing services are gradually accepted,which has helped in improving financial management and strengthening group financial control.This paper studied the overall construction of Financial Sharing Service center,as well as the scheme,effect and difficulty of business process reengineering.Based on the research results,combined with the actual situation of Z company,the necessity and feasibility were analyzed,and the overall plan of constructing financial sharing service center was put forward.This paper focused on exploring process reengineering,and explaining the advantages,effects,problems,risks and corresponding solutions.Finally,it summarized the experience of Z Company.Both financial sharing service and business process reengineering are means of enterprise transformation.They serve to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the similarities,this paper studied them together and chose the realty industry.Based on reliable information,this paper conducted research on business process reengineering of Z company,summarized experience,and pointed out several aspects that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing business process reengineering.It is hoped that these research can enrich the domestic research contents on financial sharing in the real estate industry,and provide some reference for large enterprises,especially real estate enterprises.
