With the rapid development of new IT and the tide of leading human society into the digital economy era,combined with the background of China's supply-side structural reform to promote economic change,optimizing resource allocation,reforming and innovating financial management mode have become the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise groups.The traditional financial management mode has brought new problems to the enterprises which are developing towards collectivization and refinement,such as insufficient management and control,rising operating costs,low efficiency and so on.In this regard,in response to the requirements of digital transformation of enterprises,the financial management mode associated with business activities also needs a new response.In the process of digital transformation,the value of financial management transformation will become more and more prominent.The financial sharing service model has been successfully established and proved in many enterprise groups,which has a significant positive effect on strengthening the management and control of enterprise groups,reducing the financial cost,improving the efficiency of financial work,and improving customer satisfaction.Based on the financial data of group C from 2016 to 2018,this study studies the current financial management mode and operation path of group C,including group organizational structure,talent echelon construction,business process and information system,through questionnaire survey and field survey.Research findings,There are many problems in the current decentralized financial management mode of group C:firstly,the vertical level of organizational structure management is complex,the management boundary is not clear,the group's management and control is weak,and the group's overall resource integration value is low;secondly,the financial cost continues to rise,the office cost is high,and the labor cost increases substantially;thirdly,the work efficiency is not high,the business process is complex,and the operation repetition is high;Fourth,high operational risk,unequal financial information,scattered data,large differences in the implementation standards of subsidiaries and poor information sharing lead to reduced operational flexibility.Therefore,this research designs a financial sharing service system suitable for C group,mainly from the aspects of overall planning,organizational structure,strategic target positioning,center location,key business process optimization,information platform construction,etc.According to the investigation of each candidate city,the site selection of the center is determined,and the staff of the organization framework selected by the sharing center is reasonably allocated by using the full-time assessment method.In order to ensure the effective operation of the sharing center,this thesis focuses on the optimization of the mainstream process which accounts for 80%of the importance in the financial process.In order to ensure the effective operation of the sharing center,it constructs the guarantee measures of the Financial Sharing Center from the aspects of financial personnel training,quality management system construction,improvement of performance evaluation system and continuous optimization of process management.Finally,the thesis uses comparative analysis to pre evaluate the operation effect of Financial Sharing Service CenterThe research shows that after the establishment of the Financial Sharing Service Center,the enterprise group improves the financial management and control,effectively reduces the financial cost,improves the financial efficiency,effectively supports the strategic expansion of the enterprise group,and enhances the overall competitiveness by optimizing the degree of business process standardization.
