In information age,information systems have become the main support and important guarantee for the financial institutions,manufacturing enterprises,transportation,government and other industries.Data center is an important carrier of information system and the core of bank production and operation system,so there is no doubt for its importance.As a key node of business security,data center infrastructure has become a key factor to achieve the bank’s business continuity objective.At the same time,emerging technologies such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and 5G are constantly changing the face of the financial industry,which also encourages them to constantly update their business and application models to meet the needs of the market and customers.In this context,financial institutions constantly adjust and optimize the network architecture of data centers,and promote the evolution of the architecture of data centers to cloud data centers and distributed data centers,which greatly supports the orderly development of financial institutions’ businesses.However,with the evolution of architecture of financial institutions’ data centers,the architectures of traditional data centers and cloud data centers coexist.As the scale and complexity of data center networks continue to expand,the challenges of network operation and maintenance management also increase day by day.Therefore,in the continuous evolution of data center network architecture,how to meet the parallel operation of the new and old data center network architecture through network operation and maintenance management,how to meet and adapt to the cloud data center network operation and maintenance management,how to evaluate the potential risks or changes of data center network operation and maintenance while ensure high availability,high stability and high continuity.It has become a very important subject for banking data center operation and maintenance.This paper first introduces the current situation of G Bank’s data center network,including the general situation,the organization structure of science and technology lines,the development history and network situation of data center network,etc.Then,through a scientific method of summary,according to the survey results such as questionnaires,in-depth analysis of G Bank’s traditional data center network operation and maintenance efficiency,traditional data center network operation and maintenance of high failure rate,cloud data center network operation and maintenance management problems,network multi-architecture operation and maintenance management and other aspects of four major problems.In addition,the problems existing in network operation and maintenance management are deeply analyzed by using problem sorting method,5WHY analysis method and 5W1 H analysis method,etc.,so as to find out the root causes of the problems,so as to better solve the problems of network operation and maintenance management,and put forward the factual basis for the subsequent network operation and maintenance management optimization plan of G Bank data center.Then,according to the guidance of ITIL theory,from the aspects of network operation and maintenance automation service platform,whole-process closed-loop management,cloud data center operation and maintenance,and integrated management,the optimization plan of G Bank data center network operation and maintenance management is proposed,as well as the guarantee measures of the optimization plan and the index comparison before and after the trial implementation.The research process and conclusion of the paper have certain reference significance for the network operation and maintenance management of G Bank’s data center.Compared with the situation before and after the optimization trial implementation,all indicators of the network operation and maintenance have been steadily improved,effectively supporting the business development of G Bank,and achieving the expected results in the aspects of network automation management,process system optimization,and network operation and maintenance integrated.
