| The previous literature review, to the China Life Insurance Company some branch field research, the feasibility of IT operation and maintenance management system in China Life were well studied, after detailed investigation and detailed analysis of the demand of IT operation and maintenance management system. On this basis, completed the overall architecture design of IT operation and maintenance management system, and to have been built a data center operation service process and the detailed design and database design, finally has carried on the development and testing of the system, have met the needs of China Life’s use.China Life It operation and maintenance service management system has been established in this paper. The system has passed through the detailed needs analysis, ITIL is the guiding ideology of the design the overall architecture of the system and process design, and the system has been achieved through the. Net platform, finally has carried on the test to the system.This research has the following main results:(1) Standardize the operation and maintenance process of China Life Insurance.(2) The metadata model of China life was constructed according to the operation and maintenance of China Life Insurance.(3) The knowledge base of the IT operation and maintenance of China Life Insurance has been built.(4) The system will all the maintenance process of the document retained,that can be tracked, well documented.Establishment of China life IT operation and maintenance service management system, the realization of the user as the center, to flow as the core of it operation and maintenance management, through the standardization and automation platform for customer service to provide better service. |
