In the past two decades,China's modernization has developed rapidly.Information technology,as an important strategic engine of modernization which has driven social progress.Informatization construction is widely used in transportation,energy,communications,finance and other important industries,bringing convenience to people's lives and improving operational efficiency.Behind convenience and efficiency is the continuous operation of huge IT facilities and information systems.How to do IT operation maintenance and management well is a problem that IT managers need to face.ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)is an information technology infrastructure library that originated in the late 1980 s.After decades of evolution,it has been widely used in IT service management.Operation and maintenance management is also applicable to ITIL as an important part of IT services.Thought as a guide.Based on the actual situation,this article explores the common problems encountered by IT managers in operation and maintenance management,and then introduces ITIL management methodology.By studying the current status and cases of ITIL application in various industries at home and abroad,the experience is summarized,and taking PC insurance companies as an example,the user survey finds the items with the lowest satisfaction,and continues to dig deeper to find out the problems in operation and maintenance management.By aligning with ITIL standards and combining actual needs,an optimal solution is proposed.In the ITIL practice of enterprises,previous research has not conducted case investigations on the satisfaction of adopting the ITIL method in IT operation and maintenance management.This optimization plan originates from the investigation of the current status of enterprise operation and maintenance management,focusing on those with poor customer satisfaction.The improvement of ITIL operation and maintenance process is conducive to improving the operation and maintenance management system,reducing the hidden dangers and risks in operation and maintenance management,and achieving the effect of improving the operation and maintenance management level.This is also the innovation point and practical value of this paper. |
