Design And Implementation Of ITIL-based Intelligent Management System Of Enterprise Operation And Maintenance

The enterprise introduces more and more IT information system as the continuous de-velopment of the core business of enterprises and what the business highly relies on IT infor-mation system requires the IT resource can operate stably,thus operation and maintenance management of system is considerably important for enterprises.Most of the failure in IT software and hardware is due to the error from human operation according to statistics,and thus it is an important development direction for operation and maintenance management that how to reduce the failure of IT information system caused by manual operation.In this thesis,the intelligent management system of enterprise operation and maintenance based on ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)is established after analyzing the human op-eration of operations to void the adverse influence of manual operation,which realizes the replacement from human operation to automation operation.The system in this thesis adopts Java Web as programming technology and uses MySQL 5.6 as the foundation database.Besides,it also leverages Browser/Server mode that is the most widely used to provide services.In fact,the system consists of three sub-systems,i.e.,the system of service management,the system of automation management,and system man-agement.Meanwhile,the sub-system of automation management is composed of busywork management,process management,task management and script management.The using of system of enterprise operation and maintenance management can cut the workload of opera-tion and maintenance staffs,greatly reduce the adverse effects of manual operation,and im-prove the stability of IT information system.The research direction and organization structure of the thesis are determined according the development direction of automation of operation and maintenance.At first,the motiva-tion and background of system,the requirements of realization and application fields are mentioned.Then,the design and implementation of system are present in detail.Specifically,the sub-system of automation management is analyzed;a general designing plan is presented according to the design purpose of system,which introduces the system architecture,the hier-archies of system function and the database design;and in terms of implementation section,the corresponding methods are proposed to process different modules.In addition,the de-signed and implemented system is test from different points of view and the result of the test cases is evaluated in objective method.At last,this thesis looks forward the foreground of au-tomated operation and maintenance.
