ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library)is an industry standard in the field of service management.Through an in-depth understanding of ITIL concepts,ITIL is introduced into the company's operation and maintenance management.To establish IT operation and maintenance management system and process in reference to and learning from the outstanding experience of previous generations,improve the company's shortcomings in the management of transportation and maintenance services,and better serve the company's operation and production.With the increasing dependence of the company's IT users on information and information systems,and the increasing demand of enterprise employees for efficient and real-time information services,the complexity and distribution of the IT environment has increased.This system is to consider how to use information technology to implement carefully planned and designed management processes into the daily work of IT services,and to use the support of tools and software to regularly analyze the performance of the process,continuously improve and optimize the process.The operation of information system is regarded as the basic service to support the enterprise's employees in all kinds of operations.Through the effective guarantee of the IT operation and maintenance management system,the normal production and effective operation of the enterprise is achieved.In the study of this paper,the independent declaration of the service desk,the identification of the person responsible for fault management and the recording of fault analysis and processing work information are realized,the information sharing of operation and maintenance knowledge is established,the knowledge retrieval function of common failures is established,and the CMDB management and construction of data center equipment is perfected.The effective management of the core equipment of the data center is realized,the correlation relationship of the business applied to the data center equipment is established,the scope of failure impact is effectively demonstrated,and the fault is quickly located.Through the Tivoli monitoring platform to the system,software,hardware to bring alarm processing,while the system to achieve some statistical functions,so that we can update the operation and maintenance management can update a clear understanding of the operation and maintenance situation.After thedesign is completed,we pass a large number of real-world running tests,and finally meet our design requirements,so that the company's operations management truly standardized,processed,visual.
