With the continuous progress of information sci ence and technology,major financial institutions,such as banks,have also accelerated the pace of informatization.The dependence of enterprise operation and management on information technology is increasing.Reliable IT infrastructure and efficient IT service delivery are the key indicators.In the past ten years,ITIL(information technology infrastructure)has been widely used in the global IT operation and maintenance management system Library)has become the model and standard of IT operation and maintenance management in the world.ITIL provides a set of precise,efficient and integrated practical content,which ensures the efficient operation of various businesses,improves the efficiency of enterprises and serves the enterprises with IT resources to the maximum extent.In recent years,H bank is in the period of rapid development of information construction,and the number of various application systems is increasing year by year,which puts forward newer and higher requirements for various related operation and maintenance services of data center.However,the development level of IT operation and maintenance management of H bank obviously lags behind the progress of information construction.Based on this situation,this paper takes the IT operation and maintenance management of H bank as the research object,puts forward the IT operation and maintenance management optimization scheme of H bank based on ITIL framework and realizes it.This paper first gives a theoretical overview of ITIL,which lay s a theoretical foundation for the overall content of the paper;secondly,through the information organization structure of Bank H and the main process of IT operation and maintenance management,and then through the demand method and questionnaire survey method,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in IT operation and maintenance management of H bank operation and maintenance center,through the classification and analysis of the problems,the root of the problem is obtained For this reason,this paper clarifies the feasibility and necessity of introducing ITIL to IT operation and maintenance management of H bank operation and maintenance center;then based on the best practice guidance of ITIL framework,it optimizes the service desk and event,problem and change management of H bank,and puts forward corresponding continuous optimization mechanism;finally,in order to ensure the smooth and orderly development and implementation of various businesses after optimization of IT operation and maintenance management process of H bank,this paper discusses the implementation scheme and guarantee conditions of the optimization,analyzes and compares the effect of the process optimization on the operation and maintenance service quality and management effici ency,and summarizes the improvement and significance of the optimization for the operation and maintenance management.Through the research of this paper,some conclusions can also provide some best practice reference for other similar city commercial banks,and also can provide some practical experience for other financial industry in the implementation of ITIL based operation and maintenance management optimization.
