Design And Implementation Of An IT Operation And Maintenance Management System Based On ITIL

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) used more and more is a standard and best practice guide for IT service management. It provides a knowledge framework for IT service management systems during IT services operational process.It is process-oriented and customer-centric, which is used to improve the capacity and level of IT services support and service delivery. The organizations can use technology efficiently and effectively by ITIL, so that the existing resources can play a greater performance.With the continuous development of information construction, network system also has a larger scale and an increasing number of business systems run on the network. Therefore, it has become a problem to Public Security Department that how to use IT resources to control the IT risks and improve IT service quality effectively. Therefore, IT operation and maintenance management system based on ITIL came into being.Based on ITIL, this paper introduce the analysis and design of each module in IT operation and maintenance management system through the four levels:business processes,business functions, business information and databases,and development using X3 Studio.At last, the paper presents testing and test cases of each business processes in IT Operation and Maintenance Management System. And introduce the Integration Testing of the interaction between IT Operation and Maintenance Management System and other subsystems.All meets the expected result.
