| Reading,as an act of acquiring knowledge,has been associated with many idioms,sayings,and folk stories since ancient times.The importance of reading for individual growth cannot be denied.The importance of reading for individual growth is self-evident.With the development ofthe times,digital reading has gradually integrated into ourlives.This study focuses on county-level children’s digital reading in the process of digital rural construction,with children from northern Hunan as the research object,to explore their attitudes,needs,and behaviors towards digital reading.The study used questionnaire method and combined with field research to design a county-level children’s digital reading survey questionnaire based on personal characteristics,digital reading attitudes,and digital reading behaviors.The questionnaire was distributed during the summer at Zhuxiang Elementary School in Shimen County,Changde City,Hunan Province for a 21 day rural summer camp.Based on the results of field research and questionnaire analysis,summarize and analyze the current situation of digital reading facedby children in the county.Children in Xiangbei County have thefollowing problems: based on research and analysis,although children recognize the effectiveness of digital reading,their awareness of digital reading is weak;The proportion of using public welfare digital reading platforms is relatively low;The lack of scientific guidance for children’s digital reading choices in county areas has not yet popularized digital reading activities.Research has found that building a county-level digital reading promotion system for children requires diversified promotion entities;High quality reading content;Diversified reading activities;Comprehensivepromotion methods. |
