With the continuous popularization of the Internet and the development of digital intelligent science and technology,AR technology,namely augmented reality,has developed rapidly as a new technology on the base of the virtual reality technology.AR technology Applies computer to generate virtual objects and scenes with high fidelity and overlay them with real environment to achieve the effect of combining virtual with real.The application of AR technology in the field of Library Science,combined with the design and development of reading resources,has become a new exploration in the development of literature resources and reading promotion.Children are regarded as a special group and children's education and cultivation has always been at the national level.Because books are the ladder of human cognitive world in the history of thousands of years,the problem of children's book reading has also been attracting attention.When AR technology is applied to the design and development of reading resources strategically,the fusion of computer-generated virtual objects and interesting virtual reality of real books will be shown.Children's immersive reading experience will be improved,and the enlightenment and cognitive effect of books are better realized because of the rich multimedia interaction.However,there are some problems in reading resources with AR technology in China,such as unscientific content design,insufficient interactive immersion,and lack of technological innovation,which affect children's immersion experience in reading.Around the problems of the existing AR children's books,this paper studies the development and design of children's immersive digital reading resources under AR technology,aiming to improve the immersive experience of children's reading,develop new reading resources for children's readers,and provide new ideas for reading promotion of children's library.Based on the discussion of the immersion experience generation conditions and immersion methods in Immersion theory,this paper proposes the concept of Immersive Reading Resources under AR technology,focusing on the analysis and development of the immersive children's reading resources design and development process.First of all,to determine the feasibility of the development work,this paper analyzes the current situation of children's digital reading resources and analyzes the advantages of AR technology in the development of reading resources and the status of technology and tools before the development work.Then,combined with the existing problems of children's digital reading resources and children's cognitive characteristics,the design and development principles of children's reading resources with AR technology are discussed.Furthermore,I design the technical route and development process according to thedesign and development principles.At the beginning of development,in order to make the research object more accurate,I determined 4-6-year-old children as the research object according to Piaget's classification of children's age stage in the theory of Children's Cognitive Development and the domestic classification of preschool children's age.The follow-up development work should always focus on the cognitive characteristics of children at this stage.In the development practice,I combine the theory of Children's Cognitive Development and Immersion Theory,and follow the principle of design and development,and carry out specific development work according to the technical route and development process of the design.At the same time,I focus on the implementation of immersive interactive function development,through software testing to achieve the final application of the package release.Throughout the study,I believe that the design and development of AR immersion children's digital reading resources should follow the principles of scientific content,interactive immersion and interface design liveliness.Then,in order to make the technical route more in line with this design and development work and highlight the characteristics of immersion,I think that the development process should be divided into five parts which based on the general process of development and design: content design of reading resources,preparation of multimedia materials,immersion interactive design,application interface and function design,software development and testing.Among them,combined with the production mode of immersion experience in Immersion Theory,immersion interaction design is divided into four aspects: interactive design of multisensory experience,challenging interactive task setting,interactive design of virtual real registration with low delay and interactive feedback design.Finally,I carry out the concrete development and practice work from five aspects: content preparation and design,multimedia resource production,immersive interactive function development,program development and implementation,and software testing.Through the preliminary software test of the final program,it is found that the operation is smooth,the function module is normal,and basically meets the expected effect.However,the aesthetic design and function optimization still need to be further improved,and the subsequent effect test and evaluation work also need to be further implemented.In the final outlook,combined with 5G technology,I think that AR technology will have a broader prospect in the design and development of children's reading resources because of the development of new technology.
