| Since our carbon peak,carbon neutral target proposed,low carbon environmental protection,sustainable development of the economy has become the mainstream.In this regard,many manufacturing enterprises have announced their own "dual carbon" goal to promote the transformation and development of enterprises.Transformation with digital technology under the digital background is an important way to improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing industry,improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.However,the comprehensive digital transformation of the traditional manufacturing industry is costly and difficult to upgrade the hardware and infrastructure,which is not accomplished overnight.Therefore,the digital transformation of traditional industry should be based on the scale and actual needs of enterprises,select the most needed digital management platform,and then expand to all production links.Factory affairs is a production support system that provides reliable energy security and the best production environment for production.For traditional manufacturing industry,the digitization of factory affairs management is the first choice for digital transformation with low cost,quick effect and high income.In this paper,Company F’s factory management under the digital background as the research object,using literature research,case analysis and other research methods.Through the research and analysis of domestic and foreign enterprises digital transformation strategy,based on domestic and foreign digital technology application,enterprise transformation,digital transformation related theoretical basis.This paper studies the current situation of Company F’s factory management,finds out the existing problems of the company’s factory management,and analyzes the causes of the problems.From four aspects,such as low utilization rate of plant management equipment,low utilization rate of data resources,manual meter reading waste of operation and maintenance personnel,and the existence of information island in each system,the digital technology is used to put forward solutions to the problems of plant management.Through the establishment of intelligent factory management system,the whole life cycle management of equipment to improve the efficiency of equipment operation.Manage the data resources of the factory affairs system in a diversified and comprehensive visual way to fully explore the value of data.Through the remote monitoring function,the automatic management of equipment can be achieved to save the labor cost of factory operation.Through the construction of a sound digital subsystem integration platform and the integrated management of data resources,the information island between subsystems can be eliminated.In addition,as enterprise digital transformation is a long cycle and complex project,only by implementing it step by step can the transformation effect be guaranteed.Based on this,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the digital transformation of Company F’s factory affairs management and determines the direction and focus of the digital transformation of Company F’s factory affairs management. |
