Design And Implemientation Of Intelligent Factory Management System For Garment Manufacturing

Modern factories rely on the theory of factory management to make production intelligentization,and the use of intelligent equipment and management information system can improve the production efficiency of the factory.Under the guidance of scientific factory management theory,the design of management system can be completed with a clear idea,so that each module of the system can cooperate with each other.At present,there are many problems in the domestic garment manufacturing industry,such as the management confusion,the redundant production process,the large number of WIP and the low production efficiency.Aiming at the actual factory management problem of garment manufacturing industry,this paper will establish the plant intelligent management model,design and implement the plant intelligent management system,aiming to improve the efficiency of modern factory production.This paper mainly completes the works as follows:(1)The factory intelligent management model is analyzed and contrasted.The TOC theory is applied to research and design the management model,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of specific system modules.(2)The function requirements of scheduling module and dispatching module in management model are analyzed.Combined with TOC theory,a scheduling module based on material and capacity is designed,and a dispatching module based on human-machine flowchart is designed,which improves the design algorithm of human-machine flow chart and improves dispatching efficiency.(3)The report module and database module are optimized by means of communication,multi thread UDP to solve the job report module in the main control host and RFID card reader between the packet loss problem,analysis and optimization of database storage and operation problems,solve the stability problem of the key modules of the management model.(4)According to the actual needs,the intelligent management system of the garment manufacturing industry is designed and realized,which is used in the factory production management.The effectiveness of the factory guidance management model in the garment manufacturing industry is verified by the system,and the efficiency of the factory in the production planning is solved.The actual operation shows that the factory intelligent management system of garment manufacturing industry makes the production process of the factory more clear and controllable at the level of factory management,which solves the problem of low production efficiency in the factory,optimizes the module and database,improves the stability of the system.
