Digitalized factory is a visualized and security technology to design factory. So it's studied by more and more researchers and applied by factory design institutes. Today, on the domestic and aboard, factory with discreteness in manufacture is the main object in most digitalized factory researches and applications. They usually use workflow model and simulation to explore the relationship between productivity and key parameters. But there are a few studies in modeling all kinds of facilities in factory. In fact, for designing large-scale factory with high coupling degree, many factors must be considered to achieve workflow simulation, including spatial constrains, model geometry constrains and factory configurations. All the simulation data come from models of facilities in the factory or workshop. So the methods of modeling these equipments and industry buildings are very important for applying digitalized factory technology in designing large-scale factory field. Many developed countries have been developed the bottom model in digitalized factory, but few at home. So we do more research on designing original models and managing factory configurations to develop this new technology in our country. CAD modeling technology based on computational geometry is researched in this paper, including parametric design, variational design and their constraint resolution algorithms. Factory configuration constraint relations and configuration management technology are presented, which are based on parameters driven. Combing with virtual assembly and concurrent engineering, it is studied that methods and applications of modeling digitalized factory. And the system structure of digitalized factory is proposed. In this paper, optimized CSG process is designed for all facilities and industry buildings to get the best virtual models. Using all of these models, the bottom database is built. Then some virtual assembly models are put into application library. Both of the bottom database and the application library are distributional, shareable and supporting teamwork. After adding some engineering constraints among facility and assembly models, the whole factory model is shown.
