The wide application of the new information technologies such as the Internet,the IOT and digitization has not only triggered fundamental changes in the economic model of information technology,manufacturing methods and fundamental change in the form of industrial organization,making the digital economy quietly become an important engine to promote the sustained and stable growth of China's economy,but also provided a once-in-alifetime opportunity for the development of traditional manufacturing industry.So far,although there have been some studies in the academic community on the digital transformation of individual large enterprises at home and abroad on a certain department or profession,there has been no guidance and research on the strategic level of individual enterprises.What's more,different enterprises have their different characteristics.In order to truly implement the company's digital transformation strategy,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis and exploration in combination with the actual situation of a specific company,so as to provide some valuable suggestions,countermeasures,and guidance for the company's digital strategic transformation practice well.As a consumer electronics manufacturing enterprise,T Company has experienced unprecedented pressure of survival and development challenges in today's highly developed digital economy.Then the company began its digital strategic transformation from 2018.In this paper,based on the understanding of the current application of digital technology at home and abroad and the predecessors' research on the digital transformation strategy of individual large enterprises at home and abroad,using the contingency theory,"ameba management" management theory,value chain theory,synergy theory and related theory,as well as the literature research,case analysis,sum up,interviews and other related methods,analyzing the implementation status of T Company's digital transformation from a few aspects,finding T Company's digital transformation has achieved sales promotion authors,increase positive effect.However,at the same time,there are a series of problems,such as a serious shortage of digital talents,high difficulty in unifying data standards,uneven data quality,unsolved "data islands" and hidden dangers of data security,etc.This paper attempts to find solutions to those problems above according to the actual situation of the company,such as strengthening personnel training,optimizing data standards,improving data quality,breaking through data barriers,strengthening data security,etc.This study,on the one hand,is to guide and improve the implementation of T Company's further digital strategic transformation.On the other hand,it is hoped to provide valuable reference for similar companies' digital strategic transformation or direction adjustment,and provide a detailed case with traces to follow for the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China.
