Design And Implementation Of Manufacturing Execution System Based On Smart Factory Experimental Platform

With the rise of "industry 4.0",there is a craze for intelligent manufacturing in China.Manufacturing companies are needing smart devices that improve their ability to make intelligent manufacturing.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of intelligent device,the system will be smart devices into wisdom factory experiment platform,and through the manufacturing execution system(MES)intelligent device for smart plant experiment platform for unified scheduling production.The manufacturing execution system can not only realize the management of production plan,but also control the production and processing of the platform through the integrated flexible manufacturing system(FMS).This thesis mainly introduces the research status and development status of MES system at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant technology and equipment situation of the experimental platform of intelligent factory,such as AGV car and RFID technology.The overall planning and design of MES system from three aspects of demand analysis,software framework design and network architecture design.According to the overall plan design,the functional design of various modules of MES system,including the order management,material management,equipment management and quality management of MES system,are designed and designed.It mainly uses SQL Server 2012 to realize the storage management of data,and the operation of database is realized by using the JDBC database access technology that Hibernate encapsulates.Finally,according to the system's logistics and data flow,the MES system software is tested and run,and the test results meet the design requirements and objectives.
