Information business management is the inevitable requirement of modernenterprise development. Information comprehensive management system can betteroptimizes resources allocation of manufacturing enterprises, improves enterprisemanagement level, and increases the work efficiency of enterprise managers and staffs.Seen from current construction situation of information management system in Chinesemanufacturing industry, almost all big enterprises purchase or develop ERP system.However, few enterprises purchase or develop ERP system. Due to the demand ofmodernization development, it is very necessary and of practical realistic meaning toconstruct a set of comprehensive information management system suitable for enterprisebusiness.The task is based on Fuzhou Valve Factory. Through the systematic analysis onbusiness management rules of SME, with the application of Delphi development tookand SQL Server database system, subject to modern software engineering developmentstandard, a set of network information management system suitable for the businessrequirements of Fuzhou Valve Factory is designed and realized in the end based onobject-oriented programming thought and rapid prototyping method. With manyfunctions and simple operations, the system is easy to maintain and adapts to practicalrequirements.Firstly, a detailed survey and analysis is made on the production mode andtechnology parameter of the whole factory. The thought and method of softwareengineering is used in demand analysis on the system. Based on this, the overall designand distribution of functional module is completed. Through the analysis on therelationship among relevant module data and data operation, corresponding backgrounddatabase is further designed. On this basis, the interface design and code programmingof various module functions are completed. In the end, order management, planningmanagement, production management, inventory management, and documentmanagement are realized in this system. Business management module, productionmanagement module, and warehouse management module are mainly completed in thistask. After the system debugging and trial operation, the result shows: the systemreaches the initial requirement and objective of the task. With correct operation result and good operation status, the system has good robustness. The system can fully satisfythe business information requirements of the enterprise in the use process.
