| The market competition in the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce.In order to meet the needs of traditional manufacturing enterprises to transform and upgrade to informatization and digitalization,countries have proposed their own manufacturing transformation strategies.Digital Twin(DT)is an effective way to integrate the data of the information world and the physical world.This paper applies the digital twin technology in the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)to solve the problem of the low degree of digitalization of traditional manufacturing enterprises,the lack of virtual production simulation,the lack of 3D visualization functions and other problems.The main work is as follows:First,in view of the lack of information model of the workshop in the traditional manufacturing execution system,the digital twin technology is integrated into the architecture of the manufacturing execution system,and a digital twin-based smart factory MES system is proposed.Each component module of the system is determined,and the meanings of physical workshop,twin workshop,management system,twin data and Kanban system are clarified,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Secondly,the twin workshop of the digital twin smart factory MES system is developed,which mainly includes the static construction and dynamic control of the twin workshop.The static construction of the twin workshop is divided into the modeling of workshop equipment and the development of 3D visualization software: Use Solid Works and 3ds Max to complete the model construction and rendering work.Due to the complexity of the model structure,it provides a solution for lightweight processing of twin models;Use the Unity 3D platform to build 3D visualization software,set the transformation,interaction,etc.of the model,and define the response to the external input of the twin workshop.In the twin workshop dynamic control module,a data acquisition framework between the physical workshop controller and the twin model is proposed,and a data acquisition client is established to connect the physical workshop controller,so as to realize the control of the twin model by the controller program and the control of the controller by the twin workshop.Virtual feedback and information interaction between the twin workshop and the physical workshop during machining.Use C#language to realize the development of data interface and control script of robot model and virtual storage system.Then,the framework of digital twin MES management system is designed with B/S structure,and SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate)framework is used for integration in order to improve development efficiency,and the functional modules of the system are designed in detail.Finally,combined with the case of an intelligent manufacturing comprehensive training project,the digital twin intelligent factory MES system is applied according to the core business of the project,and each module of the system is realized.The real-time production data-driven digital twin model of the physical workshop has been completed,the visualization level of the manufacturing stage has been improved,the expected design goals have been achieved,and a reference case of the application of digital twin technology in manufacturing enterprises has been provided. |
