| With the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,the educational landscape has changed dramatically,and the collaborative educational community of the family,school and society has become a requirement of the new era,which also brings new challenges and opportunities for public libraries to provide innovative services to primary and secondary school students.This paper uses a semi-structured interview model,combined with rooting theory,to design a model on the factors influencing the satisfaction of primary and secondary school students in public libraries in the context of "double reduction",and then uses the structural equation model as the basis to analyse the factors influencing the satisfaction of primary and secondary school students in Pudong libraries,and Based on the data from the analysis,the author proposes a few suggestions to improve reader satisfaction.In this thesis,the author has used various research methods such as literature research,interviews and questionnaires.Firstly,the model was studied on the basis of the existing reader satisfaction theories,and was organically combined with the rooting theory to construct a model of reader satisfaction in primary and secondary schools that is in line with the characteristics of the "double reduction" environment in public libraries.Secondly,based on the established model of the factors influencing reader satisfaction in public libraries in the context of "double reduction",the data collected were collated through the design and distribution of questionnaires,and the model was estimated.The model is then used to analyse the factors influencing the satisfaction of primary and secondary school students in public libraries in the context of "double reduction".Finally,the results of the model estimation are used to propose strategies to improve the satisfaction level of primary and secondary school students in public libraries in the context of "double reduction".Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: All the research hypotheses about the model of influencing factors of reader satisfaction based on grounded theory have been verified.The six observed variables all have significant positive effects on reader satisfaction.According to the conclusion of the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the reader service satisfaction of primary and secondary school students in public libraries under the background of "double reduction".The main suggestions are as follows:first,promote the cooperation between schools and libraries to build a scholarly campus;Second,improve the hardware facilities,increase the seats and optimize the convenience service;Third,pay attention to the construction of characteristic activities;Fourth,excavate the collection resources reasonably;Fifth,optimize the reading environment;Sixth,optimize the service of librarians and improve the comprehensive quality. |
