Research On The Innovation Of Children's Services In Public Libraries Under The "double Reduction" Polic

The "double reduction" policy and a series of laws and documents related to children have created excellent policy conditions for the innovation of children’s services in public libraries.This article takes the latest background of the "double reduction" policy as an opportunity,takes my country’s public library children’s services as the research content,and combines the current situation and existing problems with the development of children’s services in public libraries.Citing the ecological system theory,ternary interactive determinism and Aidan Chambers’ reading cycle,the innovative model of public library children’s service under the "double reduction" policy was constructed,and the construction of the family-school-community collaborative education mechanism was demonstrated in the public library’s children’s service.The applicability and rationality in innovation,and according to the design ideas of the model,put forward the innovation strategy of public library children’s services under the "double reduction" policy: expanding to each system,coordinating the three elements and accelerating the reading cycle.
