As the nature of the public library,the National Library relies on the resources of the National Library and takes the tenet of serving the society.Persist the "user centered" service has been the library-building concept of the National Library.The National Library should be constructed from resources to meet the needs of users of all aspects of information society,the use of National Library Information Resources favorable conditions,the use of a variety of ways to carry out information service activities." For someone to find a book,for the book to someone",the idea is reflected in the user centered development path[1].As a matter of fact,the National Library is also doing the measurement of reader satisfaction on a regular basis in order to find out the problems and seek improvement and further development.According to the national library information service as an example,This paper analyzes the factors that affect the reader's satisfaction,and then improves the level of library information service,and meets the needs of readers.This paper studies the theory and practice of library reader satisfaction measurement.The main contents include:elaborate the research background,significance and the basic content of the definition of research;according to the theory of reader satisfaction evaluation,analysis of the factors that affect the reader satisfaction,build the reader satisfaction evaluation model;suppose library resources,resource acquisition,librarian service guarantee ability,library services,services and facilities have a positive impact on the satisfaction of library information service,and the results support the hypothesis of the research hypothesis.In this paper,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey was carried out by SPSS software[2];to verify the rationality of structural equation by using AMOS software;determine the weight of each factor model by factor loading,finally calculates the concrete value satisfaction.It is concluded that the library readers'satisfaction is influenced by factors such as collection of resources,resource acquisition,librarian service ability,library service,service guarantee and environmental facilities,and the influence of different factors on readers' satisfaction is different.The impact of resource acquisition on readers 'satisfaction is the highest,the factor load is 0.81,but the collection resource has the lowest impact on readers'satisfaction,and the factor load is 0.37.By calculating the value of the national library readers' satisfaction,the percentage is 73.8%,which indicates that the reader's evaluation of the library information service still needs to be improved.From the perspective of the National Library,the paper analyzes the satisfaction and influencing factors of the library information service,the innovation of this paper is more macroscopic in the research perspective,the reason is that most of the previous studies is concentrated in the university library.,and a study of Public Library's article also failed to analyze from the National Library of level.
