The Evaluation Of Library Readers' Satisfaction Degree And Its Influencing Factors Analysis In Jiangxi University Of Finance And Economics

The library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics is an important place for students to study and research. It plays an important role in the cultivation of talents,teaching and research, and the second class of students. At the same time, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics library has some problems, there is the need to further optimize the service mode of library, from the evaluation of reader satisfaction of the library with the student perspective to study the present situation of the library,and then make suggestions.First of all, This paper use the quota sampling on the students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics Jiaoqiao Bridge to survey the library reader satisfaction,secondly, check the reliability and validity of the survey data, the difference of gender and grade of reader satisfaction, and based on the sample data, using the Bayes method to estimate the reader satisfaction of the library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, finally, in order to research students the specific aspects on the satisfaction of the library or dissatisfaction, using the KANO model and structural equation model,respectively, from the quantitative and qualitative aspects of influencing factors in the library readers satisfaction of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.The study found that 88.6% of the students are satisfied with the library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, and 11.4% of the students are not satisfied with the library. There is no difference in the effect of gender on the satisfaction degree of the library, but there is a significant difference between the grade and the satisfaction of the library. The empirical results show that the reader satisfaction affected by the library resources, hardware equipment, library environment and library service and reader space factors, and the degree of influence of different factors on the satisfaction is different, among them, the influence degree of library environment is highest on reader satisfaction of the library of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, the influence degree of library resources and hardware of reader satisfaction is relatively small.The research on the satisfaction degree of readers in university library is a mature research field, which has been used in new research methods, such as AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, structural equation model and so on. These methods have some advantages in treatment satisfaction, but the data from the questionnaire is a kind of many features, for this data, using a single method may have some limitations, the questionnaire data using a variety of methods from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis of latent variables and observed variables has certain advantages,results are more objective.
