Through the analysis of the QFD house of quality structure, combined with theactual situation in the library, the effective questionnaire survey method to obtain theneeds of readers and to statistics, sorting, data into the QFD house of quality,calculated the index of Library Readers’ satisfaction, found problems in andsuggestions for improvement, on the library work in the future in order to improve thequality of service is important.This paper firstly analyzed the importance of Library Readers’ satisfaction, makeclear the importance of reader satisfaction in the library, the library work in the futureshould be based on how to enhance the reader satisfaction as work direction.Secondly, the actual situation of the reference index LibQUAL+model combinedwith the library, designed5first level indexes and22two level indexes, constructsthe evaluation index system of the satisfaction of the library. Finally, the paperanalyzes the work of the library reader satisfaction evaluation model, established thesatisfaction evaluation model based on QFD, according to the survey data collected,verified the correctness of the model and the method of.The application to the reader satisfaction evaluation and do some beneficialattempt in QFD, which has guidance meaning to improve the service quality ofLibrary research.
