| Smart city is an advanced social form,which combines elements at all levels through the use of emerging information technology.Relying on big data,cloud computing and other technologies,smart cities have greatly improved the speed and quality of information flow,but at the same time,they have also led to a certain degree of information security risks for the city,which requires smart city management departments to provide more applicable,targeted,reliable and compliant information security services.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that "while promoting the wide application of information network technology,we should pay more attention to optimizing information security services." It can be said that if we do not pay attention to the improvement of information security service quality,we will not have a complete sense of urban security.How to optimize information security services under the maximum utility of information sharing and integration has become a problem that smart city builders must solve.Based on the classic customer satisfaction index model,combined with the existing research results and the current situation of China’s smart city construction and development,this paper constructs a structural equation model of public satisfaction with smart city information security services,collects data with the help of a questionnaire survey,carries out evaluation research,analyzes and verifies the model,and tries to explore the internal mechanism that affects the public satisfaction with smart city information security services in China,Propose ways to improve public satisfaction and promote the long-term,stable and harmonious development of smart cities.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:Firstly,it introduces and analyzes the background,significance and research status of the research on public satisfaction of smart city information security services.Then it introduces the basic concepts of smart city and smart city information security services,expounds the theoretical framework of smart city information security services,and focuses on the characteristics,providers,objects and contents of smart city information security services.Under the foreshadowing of the above theories,This paper summarizes the connotation,formation mechanism and influencing factors of public satisfaction with information security services in smart cities.The above theories constitute the theoretical basis of smart city information security services and public satisfaction in this paper.Secondly,based on the analysis and reference of the four classic customer satisfaction index models,according to the research theme of this paper,the relevant variables are selected,the structural relationship between variables is assumed,and the public satisfaction index model of information security services in smart cities is constructed.Finally,through the use of questionnaires to collect data,this paper makes an empirical study on the rationality and scientificity of the public satisfaction model of information security services in smart cities.On the basis of verifying,fitting and testing the correctness of the model,according to the results of empirical analysis,it is proposed to optimize the influencing factors of public satisfaction of information security services in smart cities Timely carry out the public satisfaction evaluation of smart city information security services.These two aspects explore strategies for improving the public satisfaction of smart city information security services. |
