Research On Lean Management Of Software Product Development Project In Enterprise A

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,the number of software products is large and updated quickly,how can the customer’s needs be quickly transformed into products,and rapid value delivery is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of software companies.Lean management has been applied in software product development.Drawing on lean ideas,establishing lean project management plans,forming a software enterprise’s product R&D project management model to improve rapid response to demand and continuous product delivery is a new R&D management idea.This thesis introduces the application of lean thinking and lean management in software product development,takes enterprise A as the research object,introduces the current situation of enterprise software project management,and in depth analysis of the waste of resources caused by non-standard demand management and unreasonable project process management in software product development of enterprise A lead to low product quality and delayed development progress and other problems.Through the demonstration method of scheme design,scheme practice and effect analysis,this paper puts forward the ideas to solve the problems.Firstly,the lean software project management scheme of enterprise a is designed to solve the problems of delivery delay and resource waste by adopting the R & D mode of lean topics / characteristics and designing the lean management scheme from the stages of demand analysis,implementation and delivery;Optimize project process and improve R & D efficiency through lean Kanban;Strengthen lean training to ensure the effective implementation of lean management scheme.Secondly,it analyzes the effectiveness from the aspects of R & D efficiency and product quality.Finally,it is concluded that the application of project lean management in software product development is valuable.Lean software management can reduce resource waste,improve customer satisfaction,improve product quality and speed up the process.This research will bring some reference to the software product R & D project management in the future.
