The Research Of Appyling Lean Thinking To Software Project Management

As we know lean thinking originated in the manufacturing, but it has been extensively absorbed and development in all walks of life. Software project as a special project can also apply principles of lean thinking to guide the software product manufacturing and project management. Learning lean thinking, applying principles, tools and methods of lean thinking in software project management, then it will be efficiently use a variety of resources, reduce the waste in the process of software development, improve the quality of software products and shorten the software development cycle, and thus it will help to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, reduce the risks of the enterprise and create more value to the enterprise.This paper firstly introduces the software project management and lean thinking theory, and then analyzes the characteristics and problems of XX lottery software project management based on the theorizes, and following brings forth and applying some specific methodology and technology base on lean thinking to solve these problems of XX lottery software project management.There are six sections in this paper. Firstly, to introduce the research background, content and purposes. Secondly, to describe the theory of software project management and lean thinking. Thirdly, to describe the current situation and to find the problems of the XX lottery software project management. Fourthly, to design how to apply lean thinking to XX lottery software project management, include how to apply Value Stream Mapping when making software project plans, apply5S On-site management in software project management control, apply Kanban Management to make the schedule visualization, apply Excellent Quality Management to the Software Quality Management, and how to build a learning team. Fifthly, to describe the practice by using lean software project management on the XX lottery software project. Lastly, the research work was summarized and the main research results and the weak points of the paper, finally analyzes a prospect of research of this paper.
