In today's volatile,uncertain,complex,and vague(VUCA)business landscape,companies take information technology innovation as a new competitive advantage.From using information technology in the past as a tool to improve the efficiency of internal operations,now to change to using technology to drive innovation and speeding up product innovation cycles.Most companies have invested heavily in lean transformation of informatization to improve performance,expecting to be invincible in future competition,but with little success.The software industry faces the troubles of inconsistent information in product value definition and market demand as well as information gaps between software R & D process operation and management coordination.These leads to a decline in software delivery success rates.This article uses the two main points of both value exploration and flow efficiency to enhance the value of new software products.From concept,theory to practice,summarize the context of Lean Product theoretical development,focusing on the case application practice of Lean and Agile.Through the principle of value exploration for lean product development,discuss how to delay the value decision as late as possible and deliver the value as fast as possible.Based on the lean product development efficiency research theory,accomplish the relevant analysis of the correlation between delivery cycle and resource utilization.The backlog of work-in-process is pointed out that controlling the number of work-in-process is the key to solving the problems of quality and delivery.Finally,the lean product development is used to implement the minimum feasible product and A / B testing to quickly recognize the definition of user value of the product prototype and adapt to market changes.In the practice way of using Lean Kanban,improve visualization of WIP successfully.By means of implementing Dev Ops,make the optimization of resource efficiency and cost down happen.Finally,the P brand ‘s digital product was continuous delivered by every week successfully.And significantly increase the product value to acquire customers and positive impact on their behavior.
