Application Research Of Lean Project Management In Software Development Of F Company

In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet software industry,many companies have developed rapidly in the context of the Internet.At the same time,Internet products have also changed people’s lifestyles.However,due to the rapid development of some entrepreneurial enterprises,in the process of software project management,they have not formed a standardized management system and management standards,and there will be some widespread waste problems: for example,due to insufficient needs assessment,development The demand in the system is suspended,resulting in a waste of development resources and so on.The core of lean thinking is to eliminate waste and bring greater value.Moreover,under the current market economy,lean thinking has been successfully applied and promoted in the manufacturing industry and has been widely praised.Based on this background,Company F is also constantly exploring a new project management model that can optimize the waste in current projects,improve the company’s competitiveness,and increase the value of output.Therefore,this article is based on lean thinking as the guiding principle to explore the optimization plan of the project management mode of the EPSP project of F company.This article first explains the background and significance of the topic research and the current research status at home and abroad.Through the use of literature review and case analysis,combing and summarizing the existing literature,understand the relevant knowledge of the lean thinking theory and its development process.Secondly,use the case analysis method to analyze the EPSP project management process of F company,and use interviews and other methods to understand and analyze the existing problems in the current software development project.At the same time,with lean thinking as the guiding principle,the corresponding optimization plan is proposed to solve the waste problem in the current project management,and ultimately reduce the waste in the project management process,and enhance the output value of the project.The lean project management method discussed in this paper is successfully promoted and used in F company’s EPSP project,which can provide reference ideas for similar cases of other Internet companies.
