| This paper to communication engineering enterprises in lean mode to promote the actual situation based demand research, analysis, design, and implementation of lean management information system with advanced project management concepts and advanced means of information, in lean enterprise transformation work to be supported. Encourage enterprises to have high efficiency of Lean Project Management and communication skills, of the project efficiency assessment of the effective, and monitoring stage income, combined with other business management system, and integrated unified, become an important guarantee for the construction of lean enterprises. The main research contents are as follows:(1) enterprise research of lean project management needs, the use of project management theory analysis, formation of lean project whole life cycle management, focusing on recommendations concern, project implementation, change, knot stage and results of the project application support, to lean talent training and unified management and control, to provide support for the design of the system.(2) according to the demand analysis result, combined with the advantages of similar system design and implementation. The system will be divided into 4 main business function modules cover all stages of life cycle management of lean project.
