In today’s era,with the rapid development of technology,enterprises have gained unprecedented impetus,but they have also encountered certain challenges and encountered various difficulties.With the rise of artificial intelligence industry business and increasing competitive pressure,small and medium-sized enterprises must take more effective measures to deal with the increasingly severe situation.In the fierce competition,if an enterprise wants to survive for a long time,it must constantly improve its comprehensive strength.Artificial intelligence products are characterized by human-computer interaction,the combination of hardware and software.In the industry,the hardware quality delivery level has reached a relatively high level,but the software quality delivery level is not satisfactory.Improving the level of software delivery quality management and optimizing the theory of software quality management have become an imminent and important task for artificial intelligence companies.Artificial intelligence products are characterized by human-computer interaction,the combination of hardware and software.In the industry,the hardware quality delivery level has reached a relatively high level,but the software quality delivery level is not satisfactory.Improving the level of software delivery quality management and optimizing the theory of software quality management have become an imminent and important task for artificial intelligence companies.This paper takes the robot software project management of N company as the research object,takes improving the company’s software delivery quality management practice level as the starting point,and conducts research and optimization on the improvement of software delivery quality management methods.This paper firstly introduces the current status of robot software project management in N company,and finds out that N company has many problems and challenges in software project quality management through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.According to the main problems in the company’s software delivery quality management,it mainly uses the PDCA cycle management theory,and combines the company’s business development,quality management theory and total quality management theory to propose specific optimization measures.Through the analysis of quality management in the process of project interaction realization,this paper realizes the organic combination of quality management practice and management theory.In view of the defects in the quality management of N company’s robot software project,suggestions are put forward to improve the project quality management.The level of project quality management has been significantly improved,and the practical difficulties in the rapid development of the company have been solved.At the same time,the research results of this paper are also of reference value to related artificial intelligence companies. |
