Research On Quality Management Of G X Software Project

Quality management is an important part of project management.Its scientificity and effectiveness determine the quality level of a project to a large extent.The quality management of software projects related to the software design,development,testing and operation of content,is a complex system engineering.In this paper,G company X software project as the research object,the use of quality management and related theories,the use of literature research methods,on-site observation method,case studies and theoretical induction method,the quality management of the project in-depth study(Including the existing quality management methods and their main problems as well as the solutions and measures to solve these problems,etc.),So as to improve the quality management of the project to provide reference.This article mainly studies the following aspects:First,the concepts,theories,methods and tools involved in software quality management are sorted out,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,the paper introduced and analyzed the quality control plan,planning and personnel of G company X software project,summarized the existing problems in the current X software project quality management process(including the emphasis on quality control by company software management department High,relevant quality management system and method is not perfect,the lack of a sound quality management system,etc.);Third,using quality management theory,combined with the actual situation of G company X software project,develop improvement measures and plans for X software development and utilization quality management.It is recommended that it clarify its quality management objectives,formulate its quality control plan,determine the key points of its quality management control,build its quality control system,and strengthen its quality control and management to improve its quality;Fourthly,it analyzes the effect of G company X software quality control and points out the suggestions for quality control in X software development process.Strengthening the quality control of software engineering can effectively improve the quality of China's software industry and promote the development of China's software industry.
