Research On The Quality Management Of The S Company's Rating Survey Project

China's audience rating survey market started in the 1990 s,at the same time,China soon liberalized the market restrictions,thus forming the situation that the two giants monopolize the audience rating survey market.And our country population is large,the territory is vast,the survey of ratings is not a simple project;It involves the cooperation of multiple links and different functional departments.In the case that the audience rating is constantly valued,providing more real and efficient audience rating data for different customer groups has become the highest service standard of the audience rating survey company.This project selects S company as an example to study the quality management of its ratings survey project,aiming at improving its service level;The background and significance of this research are introduced,and the contents and methods of this research are given.This paper introduces the concept and process of project quality management,briefly introduces the principle and method of project quality research,and collects the research results of domestic and foreign scholars for systematic review.The basic information of S company is introduced,including the main business and organizational structure of S company,and the business process and quality management mode of the ratings survey project of S company are analyzed.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of S company's ratings survey project,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Designed a ratings survey project quality management improvement program for S company.Including quality awareness,organizational structure,statistical methods and management processes.This study can provide a rich reference for other companies in this field in the ratings survey project quality management.
