| Life payment products are online payment application operation products based on essential livelihood services.The customer experience and transaction volume,customer retention,and product revenue depend on the software quality of online products which essentially lays foundation not only for payment products but also for other internet and online offerings.It signifies how well the inherent characteristics of an online product align with the specified requirements.Only by consistently enhancing software quality can a product’s core competitiveness be fortified.Finding software quality issues is tantamount to identifying the essence of a product.Issue identification and resolution will help enterprises to achieve steady improvement.This study centers on software quality management challenges in the realm of online lifestyle payment products.With a case study on G ’ s lifestyle payment platform,it employs tools and methodologies related to project quality management to analyze quality management issues encountered during product design and operation.The goal is to clarify avenues for improvement and develop enhancement strategies.First,through extensive data analysis,it creates fishbone diagrams,distribution of questionnaires,employs QFD methods to establish quality matrices,and uncovers eight primary areas where G’s life payment products require enhancement.Second,it delineates the root causes of these issues and devises four improvement strategies.By incorporating the PDCA cycle theory and establishing three systems,three mechanisms,two structures,and personnel optimization strategies,the study comprehensively enhances product software quality and ensures practical implementation.Finally,the study presents the step-by-step implementation outcomes and suggests assurance and incentive policies for Company G ’ s future software quality management.It is hoped to offer assistance to Company G in its ongoing developmental journey while providing exemplars and reference points for other online payment products. |
