Research On Quality Management Of Trial Phase Of Social Insurance Software Project In M Province

Social insurance is a core project to ensure people's livelihood.Social insurance software is the foundation to support the work.The new social insurance software is divided into four phases.The first phase is software development and trial run.At present,the project is in the trial run,during which many problems have been exposed.In order to solve the problem,we need to improve software project quality management.By consulting related books and documents such as software project management,quality management and software project quality management,and reads the work materials of the social insurance information construction of M Province over the years.This research will keep the guidance of software quality management thought and combine practical work experience,data and feedback during the trial phase for 1 year,through data analysis,questionnaires,data access,correlation analysis,quality management activities,seminars and surveys,some quality management problems in the trial run phase were found,including maintenance processing cycle is long,the response speed is not up to standard,security vulnerabilities,many bugs after the update,and the knowledge management platform is not updated in time.Using process analysis,causal analysis,data analysis to confirm the causes of problems,including bottlenecks in maintenance process,unspecific software performance and quality plans,many bugs in the safety management system,insufficient software update verification,the lack of software quality assessment management.Through process improvement,quality assurance,PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle,quality control,software quality model and other method to improve software project quality management,including improving maintenance workflow,improving quality plan,improving safety system,improving update process,improving quality assessment content.Through small-scale implementation,it was confirmed that the improvement measures have achieved certain results,and improved safeguard measures.This research has improved the workflow of software project quality management,and improved the software project quality management level of the Social Insurance Bureau of M Province,which can provide reference for the quality management of social insurance software project in other provinces.
