Quality Management Research On Software Testing Project Of S Bank

With the rapid development of Internet technology,the application of software is more extensive.In order to keep up with the trend of the times and meet people’s growing demand for banking software applications,the scale of S Bank software application projects has gradually increased,and the degree of system research and development has continued to deepen.This resulting in greatly enhanced the system’s complexity of S Bank.How to deliver high-quality software projects has become the focus of all departments of S Bank.As a software testing department that strictly controls quality,it is responsible for the quality management of software testing projects.However,in the actual software project testing process,traditional testing methods and management methods still have many drawbacks,such as:poor communication between departments,incomplete test case coverage,and low defect repair efficiency.These drawbacks have seriously affected the delivery quality of the software testing project.The paper firstly introduces the theoretical knowledge involved in software testing project quality management:significance of software testing,software testing process,project quality management,Total Quality Management,PDCA cycle,etc.Then using brainstorming method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to analyze and summarize the problems existing in S Bank in the quality management of software testing projects,such as:delay in test progress,incomplete test case coverage,delay in defect repair,etc.;Next analyze the main reasons for the quality management problems of software testing projects by drawing on advanced theoretical knowledge at home and abroad such as software testing theory,Total Quality Management theory and PDCA cycle quality management method.Formulate suitable quality management improvement plans for S bank software testing projects,and through the implement of software testing project quality management improvement programs to verify their effectiveness.So as to help S Bank to gradually establish an effective software testing project quality management system.
