With the development of digital technology,enterprise digitalization has become an inevitable development trend.This presents both an opportunity and a challenge for small and medium-sized office automation(OA)system contractors.On the one hand,office digitalization is the starting point and entrance to enterprise digitalization.The digital transformation is bound to promote a surge in demand for the implementation of OA systems,bringing a large number of orders to small and medium-sized OA system contractors.On the other hand,small and medium-sized enterprises with limited funds and weak management capacity can respond quickly to market demand but may find it difficult to ensure the quality of product implementation.These enterprises often encounter difficulties such as personnel training,complex process design,deviations in deliverables and needs,and lack professional quality management organizations.As a result,they fail to meet customer needs on time,leading to project interruptions and other serious consequences that make it hard to ensure the quality of the OA systems.Therefore,how small and medium-sized OA system contractors can implement total quality management is a subject worthy of study.This paper takes the W project case implemented by SG Company,a small and medium-sized OA system solution provider,as the research object,and combines the interview method and questionnaire survey method as well as the 4M1E factor analysis method,firstly,it identifies the quality management problems that appeared in the implementation process of the OA system,and then analyzes the reasons behind the excavation of the quality management problems,and next,it invites the experts to revise the quality management objectives,and then it makes specific analysis of the objectives for each stage of the implementation process.Next,experts are invited to revise the quality management objectives,and specific objectives are analyzed for each stage of the implementation process to find out the factors affecting the quality management of SG’s OA system implementation,and a total quality management plan for SG’s OA system implementation is proposed by using the quality management method of the PDCA cycle in combination with the principle of the quality triad theory of splitting.The research findings will help SG to improve the quality management level of OA system implementation,especially the quality objectives in the areas of personnel training,document management,requirements fulfillment,and project organization structure,which will in turn improve the overall competitiveness of the company and help it to maximize the use of resources.At the same time,this study will also provide a useful reference for companies in similar industries to better implement and manage the quality of OA systems. |
