In recent years,with the emergence and gradual utilization of new technologies,such as big data,artificial intelligence(AI),cloud computation and Internet of things(Io T),the importance and complexicity of software technology have become increasingly prominent,at the same time,people’s dependence on software has become increasingly strong.As the demand on software production increases,the requests for the software’s function and quality is much higher.In this case,the quality management of software projects turns particularly significant.Then what efficient management should be taken to secure software quality,so that the quality of software projects is guaranteed,the company’s revenue is maximized,and the industry reputation can rise steadily.Contrarily to the industrial production,the quality of software development is difficult to be controlled due to its own particularities.Then,how to carry out scientific quality analysis and management of project products has become an urgent problem to be trackled down.This paper starts from the definition of the software quality,and focuses on Total Quality Management(TQM)and its scientific procedures PDCA management cycle,which introduces the basic concepts,steps,methods and characteristics of PDCA in detail,providing theoretical basis and scientific methods and procedures for the paper.Starting from the management status of the software project of M Company,the paper analyzes the causes of the current software using the fishbone diagram method,traces back to the source to find the causes of the software project problems,and summarizes the reasons analyzed,and concludes that the main factors affecting the quality of the project are as follows: organization frame design,management assessment system and project process management.Based on this,the paper combines the concept of total quality management and the implementation steps of PDCA to adjust and optimize the above three problem causes in a targeted manner,so as to obtain a set of M Company software project quality management optimization scheme.The program aims to improve the quality of M Company’s software,reduce software development costs and efficiently complete product delivery,which can effectively enhance M’s competitiveness and industry reputation among many manufacturers while improving customer satisfaction.The paper in the PDCA cycle to draw some effective measures conducive to the company and the industry quality management,but also to the part of the unrealized,not detailed to explain the problem,the full text aims to put forward the software quality management is a continuous improvement process,enterprises need to constantly combine the company’s development status in a timely manner to adjust and supplement the software quality management of enterprises.The paper makes use of the theory and tools of software quality management,through investigation and research,supplied a detailed improvement plan for the quality management of software project of M Company.As well as the quality management of the project is improved,the project delivery level and software product quality are also improved.At the same time,the management methods in the paper provide reference and reference value for other software service providers when carrying out software project quality management.
