Research On Risk Management Of Mobile Phone Software R&D In F Company

The rapid development of communication technology has driven the flourishing development of mobile terminal products.In recent years,mobile phones have undergone tremendous changes in both hardware configuration and software functions,with an increasing variety of functions.This has made the characteristics of large investment and high risk in mobile phone R&D projects more apparent.As an important component of mobile phone R&D,the R&D of integrated software faces more complex risk factors during project operation.In the face of this situation,it is extremely important for mobile phone R&D companies to do well in risk management.Based on the theory of risk management,this article analyzes the management status and existing problems of the integrated software R&D project of ODM company F in the mobile phone industry.and then selects representative case projects to conducts a comprehensive risk management study and analysis of the A mobile phone software R&D project from several stages,including risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,and risk monitoring.In the risk identification stage,methods such as brainstorming,expert judgment,historical data analysis,and risk checklists are combined to identify dozens of risks and output a risk list.In the risk analysis stage,methods such as expert scoring,risk probability and impact matrix method,analytic hierarchy process,and entropy weighting method are used to analyze and evaluate the identified risks from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives,and to determine the project risk level.Finally,combined with the results of the risk analysis and the specific background conditions of the F Company’s project,matching response strategies and measures are formulated for each type of risks,and a risk monitoring mechanism is established for the entire project process to ensure that the project successfully achieves the expected goal.Through a comprehensive and systematic study and analysis of the risk planning,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response,and risk control of the A mobile phone software R&D project of ODM company F,this article has accumulated risk management experience for mobile phone R&D companies,especially ODM companies,and provided a reference case for similar mobile software R&D project risk management.
