In 2017,China Mobile will strive to maintain the competitive advantage of networks is the key for the year,should continue to face the market demand as the center,around the three,leading to ensure the goal,the realization of 4G network "deeper and wider,thicker and more refined,4G network to advantage by changing the size of the leading leading customer perception of end-to-end system advantage.In this regard,the construction of the four phase of the 4G project was carried out.Based on this background,ABA moves to carry out the construction of 4G project.The project has a wide range,large scale,the need is not clear,the technical platform is complex,the personnel flow more,management is not standardized and so on,so the risk is relatively large.In order to ensure the success of the project,the project risk management is particularly important.Based on the research status of ABA mobile 4G construction project risk management at home and abroad,and the concept of project risk management and project risk management process,this paper studies the risk management of ABA mobile 4G construction project.First of all,the necessity of risk management of ABA mobile 4G project is analyzed,including providing scientific basis for risk management for project managers,strengthening project risk management,reducing project losses and ensuring smooth operation of projects.Based on the necessity of the risk management of the ABA mobile 4G construction project,this paper will study the risk management of the ABA mobile 4G construction project.First,to identify the project risk management,project risk management and the use of analysis method of fault tree,identification of project risk,risk identification,ABA mobile 4G construction project project contract risk,project risk,project human resource risk,project quality risk,project risk,and for each a project risk identification with risk index.In this paper,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to 4 g construction project risk degree of aba movement has carried on the risk assessment,the assessment,project contract risk is higher,the project schedule risk medium,project technical risk is low,the project quality risk to be low,project human resource risk is low,the project risk is low.However,the overall implementation risk of the project is close to the medium-risk level,and the project risk control is imminent.In view of the project risk assessment results and the specific situation of project risk,specific countermeasures are put forward for each risk of the project,and the risk monitoring strategy is put forward.In this paper,through the systematic analysis and Research on risk management of ABA mobile 4G construction project,and find out the existing problems in the project risk management,improve the project in the risk management process,improve project risk control,reduce the project risk and put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve practical problems of the project,and improve project management system,improve the level of the risk management of ABA mobile 4G construction project,also can provide a reference for related projects,and efforts to promote the scientific risk management of China Mobile 4G ABA construction project standardization,and constantly improve the level of project risk management,ensure smooth project delivery.
