Based on the Continuous Risk Model which is published by SEI, the process and technology of software project risk management is summarized. Researches are also done on risk analysis and risk control. Furthermore, a web based risk management supported system is designed and developed.In the dissertation, the concepts of risk management are firstly introduced. Through deep analysis of the process of Continuous Risk Management and its key four steps (identifying, analyzing, planning, tracing and monitoring), a more useful risk management process is summarized. Then risk analysis methods, risk management decision and risk forecast methods are summarized and deep research are done on risk identification algorithms, risk management decision and risk forecast technology. Finally, the architecture of risk management supported system and its main modules are designed, and risk identification and assessment, risk tracking and monitoring, risk simulating and its management decision supported modules are designed and developed based on Struts technology.The process of risk management summarized in the dissertation will be a good guide for the risk management activities in the software projects management. The risk management supported system designed according to this process will be a good help for the software engineers. |
