Network improving facilities led to the demand of OA system; government, enterprises pay more attention to the construction of the OA system than in the past; the global information trend more obvious, the enterprise grasp the extent of information, access to information is timely, information can be fully utilized, the information is sensitive and accurate response, has become more and more important factors weighs an enterprise market competition ability.Office automation system can greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise internal information sharing, cooperation and business monitoring, is the core of enterprise informational construction.This paper is based on the theories and methods of risk management of project, the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk management are studied.The main content of this thesis includes:(1)Identification of the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk.Through the qualitative analysis pointed out that the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk can be divided into technical risk, financial risk, human resource risk, time risk and project quality risk.Further analysis of each risk factor, the risk factors were presented.(2)Reconstruction project risk assessment in Dezhou city quality supervision system of office automation network. This paper has carried on the appraisal to the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk by AHP and fuzzy evaluation method.The evaluation results show that the project overall risk between the lower and the general, the project risk in acceptable range. Study on the risk of technology risk between the lower and the general, financial risk between the lower and the general, human risk between the lower and the general, schedule risk between high and low risk in general, quality and general. According to the risk order of duration risk, quality risk, financial risk, technology risk, human resource risk.(3)Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk response measures.According to the identification and evaluation of risk, the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk response is analyzed and designed.The quantitative effects of quantitative evaluation of risk factors and risk factors of the result analysis needs further study; control and deal with the quality risk of the project operation side also need specific analysis according to the actual situation and problems in the process of operation.
