| In the era of big data,the transformation of scientific research paradigm to data intensive,scientific data,as the basic resource of scientific research,is increasingly attracting attention,and researchers’ demands for scientific data services are increasingly personalized and refined.As the main provider of scientific data service for universities,the university library should actively innovate the service model and provide embedded scientific data service which is more suitable for the needs of researchers.The construction of embedded scientific data service mode in university library is helpful to narrow the gap between service and demand,and provide theoretical reference for university library upgrading service.Based on the embedded perspective,this study investigates the research status of embedded scientific data service in university libraries at home and abroad,and combines the embeddedness theory,scientific data life cycle theory,user demand theory and stakeholder theory to define the connotation of embedded scientific data service.Then,this paper investigates the status quo of embedded scientific data service of university libraries at home and abroad,surveys the user needs of embedded scientific data service of university researchers,builds the embedded scientific data service model of university library based on the above investigation and research,and puts forward the optimization strategy of embedded scientific data service of university library.In order to provide reference for embedded scientific data service practice.First of all,this paper investigated the status quo of embedded scientific data service in seventy university libraries at home and abroad by means of network survey,comparative analysis found that the level of embedded scientific data services in domestic university library is not high,there is still room for improvement.Based on this,this paper sums up the service status quo of domestic university library in the aspects of subject,content,support,mode and so on.After that,the user demand of embedded scientific data service in University Library is clarified through questionnaire survey,the investigation shows that there are different degrees of demands for embedded scientific data service in the aspects of service subject,service support and service content.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to clarify the user needs of embedded scientific data service in university libraries.The survey finds that university researchers have different degrees of demands for embedded scientific data service including service subject,service support and service content.On the basis of the previous status investigation and demand investigation,this paper determines that the elements of embedded scientific data service mode in university libraries mainly include the service subject,the service object,the service support and the service content.Integrated the scientific research process and service elements,then combined with scientific data life cycle theory and stakeholder theory,constructed the embedded scientific data service model of university library,which was verify the rationality of the model by the expert evaluation method.Finally,according to the above-mentioned model,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy in four aspects: the service subject,the service support,the service content and the service object.First,the author suggests that the University Library should pay attention to the users’ needs and strengthen the consciousness of embedded scientific data service.At the same time,close contact with stakeholders,unity and cooperation organizations;second,for service support,continue to improve service-related policies and service guidelines,tamping embedded scientific data services text support.In addition,the university library needs to gather the specialized personnel to form the embedded scientific data service team,strengthen the training,speed up the construction of the scientific data management platform;It is suggested that University Library should refine the service content to ensure that the service can be embedded in the whole process of scientific data life cycle,and on the other hand,temper the content quality to improve the pertinence of Embedded Scientific Data Service,it is suggested that university libraries should strengthen the training of users’ management ability and feedback consciousness,and enhance their proficiency in scientific data knowledge and skills. |
