Research On Scientific Data Service Mode Of University Library

In the environment of data intensive scientific research,the importance of scientific data in scientific research is increasingly prominent,and the potential value of scientific data is also deeply explored.In March 2018,the general office of the State Council officially issued The Measures for the Management of Scientific Data(hereinafter referred to as the Measures),which made detailed provisions on the relevant responsible persons and data management work of China's scientific data management work,which undoubtedly became China's direction of scientific data management.University library is an important institution to provide scientific data service.It should be responsible for providing scientific data related services for researchers and other users.The development of scientific data service is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for university libraries.On the one hand,it is a great opportunity for libraries to innovate service.On the other hand,libraries should not only consider whether they have the ability to undertake this work,but also solve the obstacles of policies,laws,regulations,equipment,personnel,funds and other aspects.In this paper,six colleges and universities that have carried out scientific data service in China are investigated and analyzed to explore the current shortage of scientific data service in Colleges and universities in China;scientific data management and scientific data service for University researchers are investigated.On this basis,based on the theory of data life cycle,stakeholder theory and relevant policies and regulations,the scientific number of colleges and universities is constructed.According to the service model,the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed.The main body of this paper consists of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.The author introduces the research background and significance of this paper in detail,investigates,analyzes and summarizes the existing relevant research,focuses on the currentresearch status,and expounds the research content and research methods.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis.The related concepts involved in this research include scientific data and scientific data service,and the theoretical basis includes data life cycle theory,stakeholder theory and university library related theory.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of scientific data service and user's demand of university library.The author selects six colleges and universities as the research object through the way of network research,and conducts a comprehensive research on the scientific data service carried out by them,including the analysis of four aspects of platform,data,service and scientific data literacy education,and then summarizes the existing problems of scientific data service in Colleges and universities in our country;then through the way of questionnaire research,the author summarizes the scientific data of scientific researchers in Colleges and universities According to the research of management behavior and demand,in addition to the basic information of the respondents,the questionnaire also includes the cognition of scientific data service,scientific data management behavior and the expectation of scientific data service.Finally,the scientific data service demand of the researchers is mined out.The fourth chapter is about the construction of scientific data service mode of university library.On the basis of the third chapter,data life cycle theory and stakeholder theory,and relevant national policies and regulations,the author expounds the five elements of scientific data service mode of university library,which are subject,object,content,infrastructure and service environment,and then analyze the relationship between the five elements,and finally put forward the university scientific data service model.The fifth chapter is the optimization strategy of scientific data service in university library.According to the mode put forward in the fourth chapter,the author puts forward the strategies and suggestions for university library to carry out scientific data service from five aspects: subject,object,content,infrastructure and service environment.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.This paper summarizes the research,analyzes the shortcomings of the research andputs forward the thinking and prospect of the follow-up related research.
