Research On The Scientific Research Support Service Mode Of University Library

In 2015,the “level of scientific research” has been listed by the State Council as one of the10 key tasks for promoting the construction of high-level universities.It emphasizes that scientific research in universities should be guided by the country's major needs,aiming at solving major problems and focusing on improving university science.Research level,optimize research and innovation models.Most universities regard scientific research as one of the key factors to measure the overall quality of colleges and universities.The scientific research support service of university libraries is one of the important guarantees for the scientific research level of colleges and universities.It is an important duty of university libraries to provide high-quality academic resources and scientific research support services for university researchers.To study the needs of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities to form a systematic research support service model.This has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the scientific research efficiency of university researchers and optimizing the scientific research support services of university libraries.Based on the theory and ideas of demand-driven theory,research life cycle theory,Kano model,information background framework,this study uses literature research and network survey methods,questionnaires and semi-structured interview survey methods,rooted theory methods,etc.Research support service projects and the needs of university researchers are the research objects,and a systematic research support service model for university libraries is constructed.Through the literature research,the stage characteristics and subject characteristics of scientific research in colleges and universities are analyzed to form a unique research perspective.Through the network survey and questionnaire survey method,the "211 Project" university library was investigated,and the Kano model was used to analyze the current university library scientific research support service project and the evaluation of these service projects by university researchers,and the current university library was summarized.The problems existing in scientific research support services lay the foundation for building a scientific research support service model for university libraries.Through semi-structured interviews and using the grounded theory method to analyze the interview data,the four mainneeds of university researchers are summarized and their characteristics are analyzed to provide a basis for model construction.Based on the theoretical research method and the information background framework theory,based on the needs of university researchers,a systematic research support service model for university libraries was constructed.Three mechanisms of synergy,evaluation and guarantee were introduced to form an effective closed loop,which ensured the continuous optimization of the systematic research support service mode of university libraries.The innovations of this research are as follows:(1)Based on the current situation investigation and the corresponding analysis,the stage characteristics as well as the features for those subjects have been investigated and the full-process demand analysis methods for researchers is proposed.(2)Guided by the ‘three key issues and four major demands',the systematic,personalized and accurate research support service mode of the university library is established on the basis of the characteristics of the scientific research stage.
