Study On The Service Mode And Construction Path Of University Scientific Research Data In The Era Of Big Data

The quality of scientific research data services is conducive to guarantee data quality and safety,promote data sharing,and further play a role in saving research funding and improving scientific research output.Under the support of relatively complete policy system,foreign universities have carried out a series of relatively mature services through years of practice.Due to the lack of institutional support,the relevant services of domestic colleges and universities are still in the exploratory stage.At present,the domestic and foreign researchers are concerned about the "scientific research data management services".However,the systematic research on the research data service is relatively rare.On the basis of collecting,sorting and analyzing the relevant documents and materials,Surrounding three main aspects that are to the necessity to provide scientific research data service from university,the scientific research data service mode and construction path,a range of issues related to the scientific research data service in the universities were discussed systematically,with the statistical method of literature survey,literature analysis,comparative analysis and other methods.The research shows that the current big data era has brought a data intensive research paradigm,and then data has become an important research and production material.From this,researchers are in the urgent need of professional scientific data services under the joint action of scientific research environment and policy expectation.The three layer service mode of university scientific research data was built based on the research project life cycle including four stages of "research planning--the implementation of scientific research--achievements arranging--publishing" in this paper.Among such mode,the base layer includes data discovery,data plan,data archiving,data publishing and sharing of data services,and the support layer involves data promotion,data literacy education,data consulting service and so on,the value-added layer contains data acquisition/production,data analysis,data evaluation/screening and other else service.The university research data services construction path framework is constructed,which includes five stages that are preliminary investigation,infrastructure,service trial,service marketing,service deepening.They are according to six principles,which are supplying by the demand,implementing step by step,carrying out by classification,promoting with the stratification,promoting from easy to difficult,deep-going gradually.
