Research On The Scientific Data Service Mode Of University Libraries Based On User Needs

At present,research is in a data-intensive stage,and the role of data for research is unprecedented important.However,researchers in domestic universities have not fully realized the huge potential value that can be brought about by the standardized management of research data.And there are still less cases that providing support services in revelence to research data in domestic universities.In order to ensure scarcity,special research data is effectively managed,and to ensure the susta:inable use of research data and the systematicness of research;to broaden access to research data,to promote open sharing and academic exchange of research data;to promote the establishment of innovation and collaboration mechanisms for research services of libraries and relevant scientific research management departments,promote the optimization and transformation of professional education and post of duty;this research establishes a research data service model accord with the scientific research process and user needs based on a needs assessment of researchers.This study first uses the literature survey method to collate the relevant theories and concepts;then the case analysis method is used to analyze the existing research data service cases;on this basis,then the interviews and questionnaires are designed to investigate the research data service needs of Chinese university researchers and statistical analysis was carried out.Finally,using the system analysis method,the research data service model and guarantee mechanism of university libraries were established.Through the above research,it is concluded that the research data service model of colleges and universities in China is guided and promoted by research data policies.The research data service platform is established on the basis of cooperation among scientific research personnel,research management departments and technical support departments,and research data literacy education is used to assist the development of research data services;research data services include mudules such as data management plans,data organization,data storage,data preservation and data sharing which provide research data services for researchers throughout their life cycle.
