Study On Influencing Factors Of User's Acceptance Willingness Of Scientific Research Data Management Service In University Library

In recent years,in the context of big data and open science,human scientific research activities are shifting to a data-intensive paradigm.Scientific research data is an important basis for conducting scientific research activities.In most scientific research projects,various processing tasks surrounding a large amount of scientific research data become cumbersome.When conducting scientific research,it is of great significance for scientific research activities for scientific researchers to plan,fully acquire,and standardize the management and use of these scientific research data.Colleges and universities are high-yield places for scientific research data.The demand for scientific research data management services by college researchers is increasing day by day.Libraries that undertake university teaching and scientific research services will play a self-evident role in the process of scientific research data management.Under the background of the new era,how do university libraries develop scientific data management services to effectively manage scientific data,improve the utilization rate of scientific data,and promote the open sharing and scientific exchange of scientific data,these have become universities under the new era Issues that libraries need to pay attention to.From the user's perspective,this article explores the users 'true views on the scientific research data management services of university libraries,analyzes the reasons that affect users' acceptance of scientific research data management services,explores the internal connections between various influencing factors,and how each influencing factor functions Based on the user's willingness to accept the scientific research data management service of the university library,the research strategy of the scientific research data management service of the university library is proposed accordingly,in order to provide a reference for the construction and optimization of the scientific research data management service of the university library in China.The research contents include: First,the interview method and the grounded theory research method of qualitative research method are used to collect,organize,encode,analyze and summarize the data,and draw the influence factors of the acceptance willingness of users of scientific research data management services in college libraries.Based on the theoretical model of influencing factors;secondly,based on the status quo of the development of scientific research data management services in China's college libraries and the analysis results of influencing factors,suggestions for the scientific research data management services in college libraries are proposed.The research conclusions are as follows: First,the influencing factors of user satisfaction of university library service scientific research data management service include library attribution category,environmental attribution category and user attribution category.In the library attribution category,the strength of the library's scientific research data management service ability indirectly affects the user's willingness to accept the library's scientific research data management service by affecting user perception in the user attribution category.In the user attribution category,factors such as user academic feelings,user perception,user data management literacy,user subject background,and service requirements are the internal motivations that affect their willingness to accept scientific research data management services in university libraries.In the context of environmental attribution,on the one hand,incentive policies indirectly affect users' willingness to accept scientific research data management services of university libraries by affecting the library's scientific research data management service capabilities and user perception.On the other hand,social norms indirectly affect users 'willingness to accept scientific research data management services of university libraries by influencing users' scientific research data management literacy.Second,based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the study believes that the current construction and optimization of scientific research data management services in university libraries should be based on improving the library's scientific research data management service capabilities as the basic guarantee and driven by the formulation of reasonable incentive policies.Based on the theoretical support of the influencing factors model of users' willingness to accept scientific research data management services of university libraries,the work of university library scientific data management services will be effectively coordinated and guaranteed.Thirdly,based on the above analysis,it proposes strategies for scientific research data management services of university libraries from three levels: user,library and environment.
